Systems Reliability and DATA Protection Scopub aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. Scopub shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services. Scopub aims to keep all of the data for the following type of articles of the current members: aritcles without decision, accepted articles; and Scopub also aims to keep some of the data for the following type of articles of the current members: rejected articles. Data of old members would be kept for 1 month, and then deleted completely. So editors/owners should back up their data before they terminate their accounts. Articles with DOI numbers provided by Scopub would be kept under another website which is controlled by Scopub, if they terminate their membership. Scopub may restrict to access to these kind of articles of old members. Indemnification You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold Scopub, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site or Content. Refund Policy If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for refund of your purchase. We will refund completely during the first 14 days of your payment.
